The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The fireplace outside looked inviting but was turned off unfortunately due to wet weather.
This hotel is conveniently located in North Houston. But because it's in The Woodlands you don't exactly see it off the highway. Service she check-in was easy and friendly. However it was a Saturday night at 8pm and the bar in the lobby looked closed. We get up to our room and it's a super funky layout. So many sliding doors that needed some serious wd40. Good size closet separating the wc and shower. I really liked the separate office, couch area where you could still watch the TV. I appreciated the reading lamps right over my side of the bed. Love that little touch! My one big grievance is the no pets policy. I understand it, but it feels like it's getting harder and harder to take dogs on road trips. We're millennials, and we love our dogs and driving. Would stay again.
My stay at The SpringHill Suites – The Woodlands was incredibly relaxing! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The suite was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The plush bedding and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful sleep. The hotel’s amenities, including the outdoor pool and fitness center, added to the experience. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, with plenty of options. I also loved the peaceful location—close to shopping and dining but tucked away enough for a quiet retreat. A perfect place to unwind and recharge!
Comfortable Breakfast included + Nice size of the bedroom. Bathroom and shower are separate. The only negative is that I found a coach in my room. Service is ok or less but I reported to the clerk in the counter. Price is good.
This was our 2nd time staying here and we like the clean hotel room and amenities. Marco is very helpful with any questions we have and is also personable. The breakfast is great, love the waffles! We highly recommend Springhill!

Exceptional Service – Thank You, Amber! I recently stopped by the bar area at SpringHill Suites Marriott in The Woodlands to meet a group of associates involved with an investment project. While I wasn’t a guest at the hotel, I had a great experience thanks to Amber at the front desk. As someone who visits the area often but isn’t too familiar with the surroundings, I had a few questions. Amber was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She went out of her way to assist me, and her customer service was top-tier. Because of that outstanding service, I’ve decided that the next time I’m staying in The Woodlands, this will be my go-to hotel. This was our second stay at the property, and it was much better this time around. The new manager, Amber, is definitely an asset to the team. She has a warm, welcoming approach, was very hospitable, and assisted us with all of our concerns. The only drawback is the noise from traffic around the hotel, but honestly, what hotel doesn’t deal with that?
